Blue Note Jazz Festival 2014

The Blue Note Jazz Festival returns the entire month of June, for the fourth year, with up 150 premier artists at more than 15 venues throughout New York City! If you’d be living under a rock, or never thought jazz was your “thing”, the legendary Blue Note jazz club in Greenwich Village was the ultimate jazz venue where legends like Dizzy Gillespie, Sarah Vaughan and Ray Charles (to name a few!) graced the stage.

The Blue Note Jazz Festival is an extension of this incredible stage, and this year the line up includes Brazilian maestro of bossa nova and jazz, Sergio Mendes who will be playing on June 7, ten-time Grammy vocalist and conductor Bobby McFerrin and The Roots’ drummer Questlove on June 13 and the Queen of Soul herself, Aretha Franklin on June 14-15. If you weren’t sure of jazz, let these talented musicians show you the way! For full schedule of artists and schedule, click here.
