Great fried chicken get a little help from a great brine, with the tanginess of buttermilk and aromatics like fresh herbs, garlic and lemon for that flavor punch! Remember to fry room temperature meat, or you’ll be dealing with lots of spattered oil on your kitchen floor. Trust us, we’re talking from experience!
