It’s the Fifth of May, and you know what’s going down. It’s Cinco de Mayo!

Whether you’re gearing up for a tequila-filled Tuesday evening, or a lunch gathering at work, we’ve got a list of what to serve for a rockin’ fiesta!

Guacamole Station

Whether a big party or a work lunch celebration, homemade guacamole is the way to go! What’s even better? Make a guacamole station, with jalapeños, radish and cilantro for garnish options. This guacamole station is a great way to spice up your party!

Dorado Tacos & Quesadillas

What’s a Cinco de Mayo fiesta without tacos or quesadillas? Get your taco on with our vendor, Dorado Tacos & Quesadillas! Count on Dorado for that innovative approach to Mexican street food. We’re talking fish & shrimp tacos, and authentic quesadillas! Everything is prepared in-house, so you know there’s no skimping on flavor. Look out for the house made pork chorizo tacos, for that smoky goodness. Get these babies delivered to the office, stat!

Esquites (Cream Corn Salad)

No Cinco de Mayo fiesta is complete without cream corn salad! We love this off-the-cob version, a loving tribute to the Mexican street food vendors. Serve it as a side dish, or eat on its own. Watch your guests or co-workers, this will be gone in minutes!

Orange Cinnamon Margarita

Did somebody say tequila? We love this margarita recipe, with a sprinkling of Grand Marnier, orange juice and a dash of cinnamon for that spark of flavor. We’re sold!

Want to celebrate Cinco de Mayo like George Clooney and Randy Gerber (that’s Cindy Crawford’s husband)? They’ve got a treat for tequila fans, with five gorgeous variations of the margarita as well as a signature cocktail, right here.

Happy Cinco de Mayo!
