They’ve got a four pint pack that’s perfect for any Fourth of July gathering! Guests are optional, of course.
Pina Colada Ice Pops
The heat is real outside, and there’s nothing like a cool ice pop to melt the day away. Give your ice pops a celebratory vibe with pina colada ice pops! You’ll only need fresh pineapples, unsweetened coconut milk, sugar and a bit of rum. Mix together, and pour into molds. Let it rest in the freezer for at least 24 hours before consuming!
Boozy Watermelon Granita with Coconut Whipped Cream
Get your hydration on with a little help from boozy watermelon granita! Freeze your mix of watermelon, sugar and rum for four hours, before using a fork to scrape the mixture into small icy bites. When you’re ready to serve, top with a spoonful of the coconut whipped cream and some mint. It’s gorgeous, and refreshing!
