Celebrate National Spaghetti Day

It’s January 4, and it’s time to honor one of the most reliable pasta, spaghetti! We celebrate National Spaghetti Day, with a few recipes that will totally bring comfort, and remind us why we love anything spaghetti so much.

One Pot Pasta: Tomato, Basil & Burrata Spaghetti

The word “spaghetti” is plural for the Italian word spaghetto, which is a diminutive of spago, meaning “thin  string” or “twine”. Now, what could be easier than to cook this thin string of pasta goodness, with fresh tomatoes, basil and topped with extra chunks of burrata as an extra treat! It goes so well together, and it’s really easy to put together. Full recipe here.

Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Pasta

We haven’t forgotten our vegan friends! This recipe is perfect even for those who want to take a break from meat, as this recipe will make you forget why you even needed meat in the first place. Roasted red peppers make the dish even better, and is so creamy and subtly sweet. Top with vegan parmesan and fresh herbs, and you’re ready to go. Recipe here.
